Jazzercise | Jazzercise is a Dance based group fitness class. We combine cardio and strength training in professionally choreographed routines, set to original chart music. U3A Movers | A chair-based movement and exercise class, perfect for those with mobility issues. Enjoy the security of a chair in order to work on fitness and posture. Kickboxing | Run by Ian Carter. Ian has a background in traditional Lau Gar Kung Fu and has been training in martial arts for 30 years with 20 over years of teaching.
