JazzerciseJazzercise is a Dance based group fitness class. We combine cardio and strength training in professionally choreographed routines, set to original chart music.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, we show high and low impact options and floor or standing options.
We also have a gentler class on Thursday mornings at 10.45am which is aimed at those not used to strenuous exercise working on balance, co-ordination and core strength.

U3A MoversA chair-based movement and exercise class, perfect for those with mobility issues. Enjoy the security of a chair in order to work on fitness and posture. During a one-hour session you will learn not only simple and effective routines, but most importantly how to execute them using body imagery as a tool. Accompanied by light and varied music and bringing an element of creativity into each session, you will get fitter while having a lot of fun!
