JazzerciseJazzercise is a Dance based group fitness class. We combine cardio and strength training in professionally choreographed routines, set to original chart music.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, we show high and low impact options and floor or standing options.
We also have a gentler class on Thursday mornings at 10.45am which is aimed at those not used to strenuous exercise working on balance, co-ordination and core strength.
2 classes for £5 as a trial offer.

A therapeutic and accessible Yoga Class for the over 60’s, utilising mind-breath-body practices to support mental and physical wellbeing and revitalisation.
